A journey toward living fully integrated
At Simply Whole I believe that true wellbeing honours the whole person. Our physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual lives are intimately connected. I am here to help you move from simply striving into living deeply, peacefully, and fully alive.

From striving to wholeness
Hi, I’m Devon, founder of Simply Whole.
Simply Whole grew out of more than two decades of my professional experience in healthcare, alongside my own lived journey. Through years of working in nursing, public health, movement, wellness coaching, and spiritual formation, I kept coming back to the same realization: we are whole people—body, soul, and spirit—and caring for one part of ourselves in isolation can only take us so far.
For a long time, I believed becoming well meant trying harder to become a better version of myself. My faith has transformed the way I understand that journey. I’ve come to see wholeness not as something we exhaust ourselves trying to achieve, but as something we poccess, and can learn to live from every day.
That understanding became the heart of Simply Whole.

Grounded in experience
My practice is grounded in more than two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong foundation in public health and health promotion. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have completed 500-hour yoga teacher training with a specialization in Christ-centred yoga. My additional training includes certificates in mindfulness, mindful eating, breathwork, and motivational interviewing, along with ongoing training in trauma-informed care and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also currently pursuing graduate studies that continue to deepen and inform my work.
While my professional training provides an important foundation, I don’t enter your life as the expert on you—or as someone there to fix you. I bring evidence-informed knowledge, curiosity, compassionate presence, and practical tools, while honouring your lived experience, values, faith, and inner wisdom.
I believe you have an essential voice in your own growth and well-being. My role is to come alongside you—to explore, discover, practise, and cultivate meaningful change together. At the heart of Simply Whole is the belief that you are not working toward becoming whole. You are already whole—body, soul, and spirit. Together, we explore what it means to live more fully from the wholeness that is already yours.

A supportive space for transformation
Clients often come to Simply Whole when they sense a gap between what they know and how they are actually living and experiencing their lives. Whether you want to rebuild physical strength, create sustainable rhythms of wellness, better support your nervous system, or deepen your spiritual life, you are welcomed here exactly as you are.
Our work begins from a different premise: you are not a problem to solve or a project to perfect. There is space here for honesty, curiosity, grace, and meaningful change—without the pressure to become someone else.
At Simply Whole, the invitation is to care for your body, soul, and spirit, reconnect with what matters, and learn to live more fully from the wholeness that is already yours.
"Working with Simply Whole can help you move beyond seeing yourself as something to fix and begin caring for your body, soul, and spirit as an integrated whole—learning to live with greater presence, vitality, and connection from the wholeness that is already yours."
