8-week Firm Foundation series
Tuesdays beginning October 13 at 7:00 p.m.
8 weeks · Introductory rate $80
(Regularly $120 ) · All levels welcome · No experience required
Firm Foundation, our introductory eight-week series, begins from the ground up—rooted in Christ as our firm foundation while cultivating the strength, movement, breath, and awareness that help us inhabit our bodies and our lives more fully.
Through breath-based movement, strength, mobility, and nervous-system practices, we’ll learn to listen to and inhabit the body with greater presence and connection. Movement, breath, Scripture, prayer, stillness, and reflection are woven throughout each practice, creating space to quiet the noise, rest in God’s presence, and deepen communion with Him.
This is spiritual formation on the mat—an opportunity for the truths we know to move beyond the mind and become something we experience, practise, and embody. As we strengthen the body, we practise attention, presence, peace, surrender, and awareness of God—learning to live more fully from the firm foundation we already have in Christ.

Women's Retreat and workshops
October 2–4, 2026
Simply Whole will be joining the Christian Women’s Retreat at Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp, offering two Shalom Fitness classes as part of the weekend experience.
Be Transformed
Through these two embodied Shalom Fitness practices, we’ll explore what it means to include the body in the transforming work of God—becoming present to what our bodies carry, listening with curiosity and compassion, and creating space to release old patterns and more fully embody who we are in Christ.
Through movement, breath, prayer, Scripture, stillness, and attentive awareness, we’ll explore transformation as something that can be experienced through our whole selves—spirit, soul, and body.
Be still. Behold. Be transformed.
October 2–4, 2026 · Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp
Retreat registration is through Silver Lake Wesleyan Camp.

Create a Simply Whole Experience
What if your next retreat created space to care for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and encounter God in the midst of it all?
Simply Whole experiences weave together whole-person wellness, movement, nervous-system regulation, Scripture, prayer, reflection, spiritual formation, and community—inviting people to slow down, become present, connect deeply, and experience the wholeness we have in Christ.
Whether you’re planning a women’s retreat, church gathering, wellness workshop, or community event, I’ll work with you to create an experience shaped around the heart of your gathering—one that moves beyond simply hearing truth toward experiencing, practising, and embodying it.
Let’s create something that nourishes body, soul, and spirit—and makes room for a deeper encounter with God and one another.

MOVE • BREATHE • BE • ENCOUNTER • COMMUNITY
More than movement, each Shalom Fitness class is an invitation to become fully present—to your body, your breath, the moment, and God. Through intentional movement, breath, prayer, and stillness, we create space for connection, vitality, peace, and communion with God—an embodied practice for spirit, soul, and body.
